Worst Meneike in Conroe and Houston Area. Rep said the close at 2pm and sometimes earlier than that depends on if they’re tired or not also uncharged on brakes and oil change . If you want to pay an additional $100 - $300 for oil change or any services like I had to for braked and oil change then this is the store for you but if you looking to pay for reasonable and affordable services without being priced gouged then I highly advice you run from this store cause you will be extremely over charged. On top of that the reps at pre very unprofessional and disrespectful with their dialogue and verbiage with customers. 1 STAR RATING and that’s being generous!
This Amazing Team at this location? There is just no words good enough for them. Gracie has owned this shop 32 years. She goes above and beyond for her customers. If you are a single woman with the 1 car her shop is working on? She stays open late to get it done, she has even given me ride, she has taken me home She has given me a ride to come get my car. When this shop works on your car? You can be assured it will be running as it should be. Gracie makes you feel as if you have come there for coffee, you know she’s gonna take care of you. I have been coming here since 2016 and that’s where I will always go. Her team of mechanics are very professional and Dan? Takes the time to explain exactly what’s going on and why. I highly recommend this Shop for all you vehicle needs.
