during school hours kids were playing in the work bays with a female employee. suspect dumping into the dumpster. Sketchy feel in first mins.
I was charged for windshield wipers that I didn't receive & they won't refund my money. They're snakes. I wouldn't trust them w my hamster. They also kept my catalytic converter that I asked for. I'm getting half the gas mileage I did before they worked on my van & my check engine light is still on after they assured me I ONLY needed a new cat. I also said I needed to think about it & the manager said he already got the parts so I believed I had to let them work on my vehicle. Corporate wouldn't step in. They are liars.
I will be a long term Customer at this location! I finally found a place that I can say the technicians and management are knowledgeable and kind! Bill was absolutely a great person to work with! He was knowledgeable, kind, helpful, and very supportive on helping me understand everything! Truthfully this experience was nothing short of phenomenal! Bill and Rene are a team that is unbelievable! Please give Bill a raise!! He is such an amazing person who is the most professional and kind person to work with I would give this shop 100 stars!!!!
