Auto Repair & Mechanic Shop in Austin, TX #2605

Kaleb is the man! I can't say enough good things about him and his entire team at this Meineke location. Everything is upfront, transparent, and professional. They're incredibly hands on, their communication is excellent and the level of customer engagement is second to none. I have actually come to regret giving other mechanics such high ratings because, in hindsight, I realize what I thought was exceptional service was really just average. Kaleb and his team have completely redefined my expectations of what great customer service should look like. The professionalism, honesty, quality of work, and genuine attention they give their customers are simply outstanding. You never feel like you're being left in the dark. Everything is explained clearly, and you feel confident that you're in good hands. Hands down, the best experience I've ever had with an auto repair shop. I wouldn't just recommend Kaleb and his team: I'd tell anyone looking for a mechanic to go straight to them. They set the standard!

This is the place to go, professional, problem solving, and timely. I have a Uber Hertz rental and I have to go to an approved company for maintenance. We'll I went to Pep boys, and they say I have to leave the car because it will be 2 hours since hertz takes forever to approve tickets. Ok, cool. I do my part to coordinate EVERYTHING because these guys work on cars, they dont need to do this BS right. So I got it to the point where it will be approved near instantly. I go into Pep, just to be told repeatedly without even hearing what im saying, "its gonna be 2 hours because of approval" "who did you talk to? Hertz, nah its gonna be 2 hours" i asked for a manager because obviously I was not being heard, and her even didn't understand that I was asking for a manager. Due to how the world is and how certain people look at others I just decided to leave because my frustration obviously was not gonna be met. (Any Hertz customer will get this treatment) All in all I came to meineke at 3pm 10/07/26 the guy running the counter is ON POINT. Literally didn't hear ticket and got approved immediately. UBER HERTZ COME HERE

I had a fortunate experience with Meineke shop on Burnet , Kaleb is new manager and my visit troubleshooting follow-up on repairs from fall led the team to discover small air leak on fuel injection hose , replaced and solved ! 2nd visit found small transmission leak from outside work , truck returned to garage and new battery replacement did trick . Truck starts , runs , shifts , drives nicely . Discovery of leak is Meineke attention , glad it sat there for a bit .

thank you kaleb and jeff!! i came in for an oil change with an online promotion, they informed me (i already knew) about a bad oil leak. i figured it was finally time i did something about it.. i scheduled a time for the next week and was seen on time, and a couple extra things were thrown in for free, like they changed out my filters for me (i had bought them at an auto store earlier in the day), and flushed out a few items i didn't know i needed. kaleb even offered his own personal office chair for me to sit in when there was no more chairs available! i feel like i was offered a fair deal, and i have no complaints about my experience. i had had a bad one at a different meineke years ago, but my fair had been restored 👍
