Went in for an alignment and left with a new battery, A/C recharge, and new wheel bearings. I know what you're thinking: "They probably sold you a bunch of stuff you didn't need." That's honestly what I thought at first too—but you'd be wrong. From the moment I walked in, Caleb (or Kaleb—sorry, I didn't catch the spelling!) was outstanding. He was easy to talk to, took the time to explain everything, answered my questions, and helped me find the best pricing without trying to oversell me on anything. I never felt pressured, just informed. The shop did great work, and they got everything done faster than I expected without making me feel rushed. Even when I had to come back to get the alignment fixed, it felt more of like, how can we make this right for you. Unexpected car repairs are never fun, especially when they hit your wallet, but the team went out of their way to make the process as smooth and affordable as possible. Thanks to the crew at Meineke on Burnet, I can still afford the good ramen instead of the 29-cent kind. 😂 and I mean that! Highly recommend if you're looking for honest service and a team that treats you with respect and finds the best way to get you back on the road without giving up an arm and leg - even then sometimes you might have too.

My cv axle boot was torn. 😥 I could have ended up spending tons of money on doing the wrong repairs which I'm so glsd that i didnt have to!!! And thank you so much to the team!!!

So I had it checked at Meineke onI got there at 730. By 8:00 the car was in the air. He realized what was wrong and told me, then gave me my options. The car was under warranty. He helped me file a claim, because it was basically a nice used car, which was still under a brief warranty. This took about 30 minutes of his time.
