Where do I even begin? We were driving from Florida with a loaded U-Haul trailer and our three pets when our A/C suddenly stopped working and started blowing hot air. With the heat and our pets in the backseat, it quickly became a stressful and dangerous situation. I called countless places, but everyone was booked or unable to help. Even U-Haul couldn't offer a solution (with the trailer). Then I found this shop. From the moment I called, they were incredibly reassuring and told us they would do everything they could to help. When we arrived, Nathan and the entire team were professional, kind, and genuinely caring. They kept us updated throughout the repair, fixed the issue much faster than expected, and even helped us with additional concerns related to the vehicle and trailer. The pricing was fair, and the service was outstanding. Our A/C now works perfectly, so well that I'm actually cold! Most importantly, we're able to continue our trip safely with our pets. Thank you, Nathan and the entire team, for turning a very stressful situation into a positive experience. We truly appreciate everything you did for us and highly recommend this shop to anyone in need of honest, reliable service.

So let me tell you…as a third generation mechanic, who is also a Frugal Francis, I’d have to be pretty hard pressed to get the gumption to actually take my vehicle in for something that I could do myself. Luckily, fate had somethin’ else in mind 😏 puttin a cute little 700 miles between me and my own tools just when I need em most. To my chagrin, I started scrollin’. After a few searches, reviews, and honestly just as ambivalent as I was when I started, just opted to look for the cheapest, quickest option…so to Groupon I went! Stumbled across this shop because they had awesome deals on 4 tire alignments and oil changes **FYI!! JUST BUY THROUGH THEM CAUSE THEY CAN MATCH THE GROUPON RATE!!** Long story short, I was met by the MOST AMAZING staff you could imagine. Not the usual humdrum, monotone, disinterested mechanic who’s actively avoiding the desk and any human contact whatsoever. Quite the contrary! Chris made sure I was taken care of (and even walked me through how to redeem the Groupon lol) He was so personable and courteous, you could even tell by the way he interacted with customers who called while I was waiting. Customer service like that is far and in between…especially in this post-COVID economy. Y’all better hold on to that one, or else I might throw up me a lil shop out here and scoop him up! I know for a fact that I’ll be back. It’ll keep me from using mechanic math and go into debt buying even more tools I don’t need 🤣 If you need anything, AND I MEAN ANYTHING, skip Pep Boys, Firestone, and whoever else pops up! And I don’t care if you’re all the way out in Franklin, IT’S WORTH THE DRIVE!!

Thank you for helping us today! Nathan was amazing, and I highly recommend coming here for any vehicle issues. The service was professional, efficient, and genuinely caring. The waiting area was also very comfortable, with an accessible restroom and convenient charging outlets for phones. Overall, a great experience!

I gave 5 stars because this Meineke by far was the best one I have come across. I was traveling from out of town and my car broke down,Nathan and his Team made sure that my car was fix and ready for me to be back on the rode by Sunday to make it back home. Everyone went above and beyond for me and I was very grateful. Will definitely recommend people to try here.

Went in for an oil change on short notice and they got me and my two babies in and out quickly and were very gracious about me having my kids with me and needing a quick and seamless experience. Chris, the guy in the front, was very kind and held the door for me so I could get my double stroller inside. Would come again
