So let me tell you…as a third generation mechanic, who is also a Frugal Francis, I’d have to be pretty hard pressed to get the gumption to actually take my vehicle in for something that I could do myself. Luckily, fate had somethin’ else in mind 😏 puttin a cute little 700 miles between me and my own tools just when I need em most. To my chagrin, I started scrollin’. After a few searches, reviews, and honestly just as ambivalent as I was when I started, just opted to look for the cheapest, quickest option…so to Groupon I went! Stumbled across this shop because they had awesome deals on 4 tire alignments and oil changes **FYI!! JUST BUY THROUGH THEM CAUSE THEY CAN MATCH THE GROUPON RATE!!** Long story short, I was met by the MOST AMAZING staff you could imagine. Not the usual humdrum, monotone, disinterested mechanic who’s actively avoiding the desk and any human contact whatsoever. Quite the contrary! Chris made sure I was taken care of (and even walked me through how to redeem the Groupon lol) He was so personable and courteous, you could even tell by the way he interacted with customers who called while I was waiting. Customer service like that is far and in between…especially in this post-COVID economy. Y’all better hold on to that one, or else I might throw up me a lil shop out here and scoop him up! I know for a fact that I’ll be back. It’ll keep me from using mechanic math and go into debt buying even more tools I don’t need 🤣 If you need anything, AND I MEAN ANYTHING, skip Pep Boys, Firestone, and whoever else pops up! And I don’t care if you’re all the way out in Franklin, IT’S WORTH THE DRIVE!!

I was in desperate need of brakes and rotors. Called and job done same day!! Explained what he was gonna do, asked if I was in agreement and showed parts he replaced. Offered water and made sure I was comfortable while waiting.
