I have been coming to Meineke on West 12th Street for nearly 15 to 20 years. Their customer service is always been exceptional! Their mechanical service has always been more than exceptional. Jason Greg and Dan always make sure that I am satisfied with everything done on my vehicles. From something as simple as helping me put running boards on when I broke my foot two major mechanical issues that they've done in more than a timely manner a trusting manner. I recommend Meineke on West 12th 110%. I absolutely refuse to take my vehicles anywhere else unless they would recommend it for something that they don't handle. Which is very very rarely.

A+ I scheduled an online appointment and they were on time with that, I had pretty specific details on what I wanted done, which was exhaust work, and I even had a DNE over 100$ call me with prior approval which they did, communication was top knoth and I feel like I was treated fairly and honestly. I will be returning to them in the future and also recommending them to friends and family!
