Auto Repair Reviews for Meineke Shop #2129
Update 145 Engine #2 blown. Cody and Jason got the Engine covered by warrenty, made sure I had a vehicle to drive and kept me informed of everything in a timely manner. I send anyone with car issues to them. They have earned my business several times over... Update 17 Dealer from Ohio put Engine Honey in my engine and started ticking pretty badly. Jason and company put a very lightly used engine and got me back on the road within a week. Thanks you Jason and Greg not only take care of my business... they also take care of my personal vehicles for the last 6 years. Ms Amber greets me by name. Pretty important to an older man such as myself Unless the is a line of vehicles coming out of the shop, Jason ensures I get my vehicles taken care of pretty quick. If not, he will call and let me know what is going on and ensure that if I need a vehicle, he makes it happen. Mr Greg will take the time out of his day to come out and greet me. Asks about my son and family. Just a few reasons I like and trust the people at this shop. I am more than just a number. From the beginning.
anthony stovall,We were traveling through Sioux Falls and noticed the stay holding up the rear portion of our RVs exhaust system had broken loose. We called the local Meineke location and they got us in in less than an hour. When we pulled up the manager and his mechanic were already out looking at the problem before I even got out of the driver’s seat. Better yet they had the exhaust hanger welded up almost before we’d settled into our seats in the lobby. Can’t say enough good things about these guys!
Valerie Vicroy,I brought in a truck that had been primarily sitting in a garage for a few years and it had over heated. They did a thorough job of assessing it, recommending work and advising what to prioritize. I was worried about bad weather that night so I ran past the shop to find out they had put it in the shop overnight. Thanks for being such a great place to work with and caring about your customers. I will be back with all my vehicles.
Liz Thiner,I'm new to the area and was looking for a good repair place. I am impressed with their customer service. Knowledgeable and no pressure in buying. Super friendly and for a vehicle inspection it was immediate and thorough. I will be coming back for future maintenance on my truck. Glad to have found a place I can trust.
Leigh Marlow,I have been coming to Meineke on West 12th Street for nearly 15 to 20 years. Their customer service is always been exceptional! Their mechanical service has always been more than exceptional. Jason Greg and Dan always make sure that I am satisfied with everything done on my vehicles. From something as simple as helping me put running boards on when I broke my foot two major mechanical issues that they've done in more than a timely manner a trusting manner. I recommend Meineke on West 12th 110%. I absolutely refuse to take my vehicles anywhere else unless they would recommend it for something that they don't handle. Which is very very rarely.
