We were traveling through Sioux Falls when our vehicle suddenly needed new brakes and a ball joint replaced. When you’re in an unfamiliar city, having car trouble can be incredibly stressful because you don’t know the area or who you can trust. Thankfully, we found Meineke, and from the moment we walked in, Jesse took amazing care of us. They were able to get our vehicle in right away, which was a huge relief. Jesse made what could have been a very stressful situation feel easy and manageable. He kept us informed throughout the repair process, provided outstanding customer service, and even gave us a loaner car so we weren’t stuck waiting all day. To help us make the most of our time, Jesse recommended some great places to visit, including Falls Park. Instead of sitting around worrying about our vehicle, we were able to explore one of Sioux Falls’ most beautiful attractions while the repairs were being completed. Major vehicle repairs are never cheap, and when something unexpected happens while you’re traveling, it’s easy to worry about the cost. We were pleasantly surprised to find that the price was fair, reasonable, and well worth the quality of the work and customer service we received. We left feeling confident that we were treated honestly and with respect. The work was completed professionally, and the entire experience exceeded our expectations. I cannot recommend this location enough!! Our brakes went out while picking someone up at the SF airport. We had a wheelchair van.. with 1 wheelchair passenger as well as a walker dependant passenger. They got us in at 3:30pm, replaced the entire front brakes and we were able to head back home (2 hours away) within 2 hours of calling them. They even went across town to get me a loaner van incase we needed it. Had they not helped us... I had no idea what we were going to do... both passengers needed meds and special care so staying overnight was not an option. Honestly, I do not think they realized how critical the situation could have been, but even without knowing their team put forth the effort make sure we could get home. The next morning they called to make sure we made it home ok!! I'm summarizing of course... but this situation reminds me their are people in this world that need capes and don't even realize they are heros!! THANK YOU is not enough.

Here’s an updated version adding your point about speed while keeping it professional: It’s hard to find a shop that is professional, honest, reliable, and fast all at the same time. We have both service vehicles and personal vehicles, and Meineke has by far been the most reliable garage in town. Before finding Meineke, most garages would tell us it would take one to two weeks to get our vehicles fixed. Meineke is usually able to get vehicles in within days — and sometimes even the same day — which makes a huge difference when you rely on your vehicles daily. Amber is super sweet, kind, friendly, very knowledgeable, and always keeps us updated. More than once, she has advised us honestly and didn’t charge or recommend anything that wasn’t needed, even after diagnostics. That means a lot to me. Their mechanics are also extremely knowledgeable. They don’t replace parts unnecessarily and will even tell you when something doesn’t need to be done — something that can be hard to find at many dealerships and sales-driven shops. If you want your vehicle repaired correctly, honestly, and back on the road quickly, choose Meineke.

I have now used Meineke for both personal and professional vehicle needs- brakes, tires, windshield wipers, oil changes, and more- and every single experience has been excellent! Their team is always professional, quick, communicative, and reasonably priced. As someone who knows very little about cars, it would be easy to feel taken advantage of elsewhere, but that has never been the case here. Instead, they are patient, kind, and take the time to explain things, offer education, and provide honest guidance without trying to nickel and dime you. Hands down the best experience I’ve had with auto care, and I will absolutely continue using them both personally and professionally. I’ll also continue recommending them to others because great service like this deserves to be recognized!

Came for the repair, stayed because my car actually functions now. The owner is a legend—he treats his customers like neighbors and his shop like a surgical theater. If your car is currently making a noise that sounds like a lawnmower fighting a garbage disposal, bring it here. 10/10 trust them with my ride again & again. 🚗💨 They don't try to upsell you on blinker fluid or magic beans, either—just straight talk and quality work. It’s rare to find a place that actually feels like they have your back instead of just your wallet. Seriously, stop ignoring that 'check engine' light before it starts glowing like a rave in your dashboard—go see these guys!
