I recently scheduled an appointment to have a tire repaired. I arrived shortly before my appointment and my car was immediately brought in to the garage to be serviced. A very short time later the mechanic determined the source of the leak was on the inside wall of the tire. From past experiences, I understood that leak couldn't be repaired. The manager did an excellent job of providing me with several quotes of different tire replacement options. I opted not to replace the tires since the tire leak was slow and all my tires had about 20K miles left on them. When I asked the manager what I owed them for their time and effort, he replied nothing. They spent over 30 minutes of their time on my vehicle, including filling all tires to their recommended pressure, and wouldn't take any of my money. That is excellent customer service! I will be back when my tires are worn out.
I had a bald tire. I went in and asked them to replace that tire. They were so awesome. They had my vehicle in and out so fast. Will return again. Awesome service .
Fair prices, friendly staff, and they do phenomenal work. I’ve taken multiple of my BMWs here and never had a complaint. Referred a friend with an Audi that needed work done, and he was blown away by the service and professionalism as well.
