I arrived early for my appointment (I’m from out of state), and the man at the counter immediately made me feel welcome. He was kind, listened carefully to my concerns, and even allowed me to wait inside with my dog since I had nowhere else to go. That meant a lot as a solo female traveler. They diagnosed my vehicle quickly — unfortunately, it turned out to be a serious issue, but that wasn’t their fault. The part was rare and took about 4 hours to arrive, so I ended up there around 7 hours total. There’s nothing within walking distance to grab food, but the gentleman at the counter surprised me with a sandwich from McDonald's and refused to let me pay him back. That level of kindness is rare. I met a few other friendly customers while waiting, and overall, the staff was respectful, honest, and professional. I’m very glad I chose this specific Meineke.
I got a new car from Carvana 2019 Nissan Maxima. The air on the driver side did not feel cold. John was very nice, and helpful with dealing with the warranty. Explained everything in detail that was being done to fix the air conditioner in my car. Also did a diagnostic test to make sure I was getting a dependable vehicle. Very happy with my experience will be returning even when I have no more warranty. John also took the time to check on an engine for my other vehicle because my engine seized up on the Kia.
