This is a business that goes above & beyond! My son needed a brake light fixed & they went out of their way to make that happen quickly. Great people skills & honest!
Great experience! Heard a squeak... and a rattle... but only sometimes.. ergh!...2019 Nissan Pickup... a little concerned since we've got a 700 mile drive coming up in five days. Hunter and his team test drove the truck and put the engine through a "stress test"... discovering the hood was loose (thus the rattle) and checked over belts and bearings... finding nothing. Kept me updated and back on the road within an hour. Advised if we hear something again before we leave, to bring it back it and they'll take another look. Fantastic! Clean waiting area. And WIFI.
Ask them to install some new Rancho shocks and coilover quick lift struts, along with doing a front end alignment. They quoted me a price and scheduled an appt the next day, great job, happy so far. Price was fair,Thanks for your help,
I have never had such great automotive service in my 50+ years. These gentlemen explained every single detail for the necessary repairs to my 2020 Lincoln Continental and also the repairs that were not urgent but need to be done soon. The manager was polite and professional- he never made me feel uncomfortable or pressured to spend money. Thank you Hunter and staff! Great experience taking my Wrangler to this location. The manager, Hunter, was thorough and honest with me on the diagnosis of my vehicle. Most shops are looking to take advantage of women, but this is the first shop I've ever been to that does it the right way, customer service and all! Never felt pressured or unclear about what was needed now versus what could wait til a later time. After they replaced a few front end parts, suspension components, and my (really bad) front tires, Jesse the Jeep was driving good as new! I highly recommend Meineke in Murrells Inlet. This will be my go-to shop for all my cars.
