I had just returned from a trip and my brakes started grinding. I called Meineke figuring a long wait which was in direct contrast to need. Well I dropped it off for overnight late afternoon ... what I didn't expect was the vehicle to be ready later that afternoon as it was. Well I still picked it up next morning with my brake problems resolved. Very happy with the service and advisor I worked with. 7/29 - Battery in wifes 2018 Focus finally gave out and needed replaced. Due to placement of Battery....not a DIY job unless you are fond of disassembling things to access the battery .... pulled into Meineke since they did a great job on my brakes ... in and out in 20 minutes.

We didn’t want to go to East Coast Honda, they’re paying for that new renovation they just had done, so we went To Meinike! The manager, Hunter, has always been ready to help and goes above and beyond for his customers. He even helped me navigate a difficult extended warranty negotiation, which made a stressful situation much easier to handle. That kind of support is rare, and it really shows how much he cares about doing right by people. The lead mechanic, Marco, and his team — Rich and Anthony, who we affectionately call “Ant” — did outstanding work. They were professional, knowledgeable, and clearly took pride in making sure the job was done correctly. What I appreciate most is that this shop is honest, helpful, and fair with pricing. They don’t make you feel like just another customer. They explain what’s going on, they stand behind their work, and they treat you with respect.
