The manager, Hunter, has always been ready to help and goes above and beyond for his customers. He even helped me navigate a difficult extended warranty negotiation, which made a stressful situation much easier to handle. That kind of support is rare, and it really shows how much he cares about doing right by people. The lead mechanic, Marco, and his team — Rich and Anthony, who we affectionately call “Ant” — did outstanding work. They were professional, knowledgeable, and clearly took pride in making sure the job was done correctly. What I appreciate most is that this shop is honest, helpful, and fair with pricing. I went in for a car inspection and they brought to my attention something I had questioned before from another mechanic but to no resolve. I did get the work done that they suggested and my car sounds so much better and I feel a lot safer. Also the cost to diagnose with way less than where I would’ve taken my car, the work was cost was less and its under warranty now. And I know they saved me probably thousands in potential damage that I could’ve had. Thanks to Hunter and staff in Murrells Inlet!
The service was great! I was met quickly with a look at my flat tire and the guys took care of it in a fair amount of time. I am so grateful that they were able to end my stress and allow me to drive home safely at the end of my day.
Hunter and the whole team at meineke are great. Very confident in his technicians abilities. I had a car that jumped out of time and I took it to a few different shops around the area and all the managers of these shops turned me away and said they wouldn’t take in the car due to it already being out of time and it not being preventive maintenance so there was to much liability if not fixed properly. Hunter and his team took it in and fixed it perfectly and I have had no problems since they took care of my car.
