My battery was bad at the worst possible time and despite having to close early, Toni fit me in promptly and fast. Her customer service skills are outstanding and I am so thankful she took the time to really get a diagnosis before just replacing the battery. I had taken it to the AutoZone down the street and they said the battery was bad but she wanted to check the starter and alternator first and I appreciate that so much. So glad I called them! She's truly wonderful. She took care of me and my dog!

I brought my car in because I thought the brakes needed to be changed and they were very honest in saying that they still have a good bit of life left and didn't need to be changed, instead of just doing it and charging me.
