Austin and the rest of the crew were polite, knowledgeable, and immediately instilled trust in me that they knew exactly what they were doing. The price felt honest and fair. If anything, it was much lower than I expected for such high-quality service. I left my car overnight, and the guys gave me a loaner car to drive in the meantime. I’ve never had a repair shop offer that before. I also tremendously appreciate that Austin did not automatically change car parts to simply see what would happen. He was patient and even came back to the shop at midnight to check my car’s cooling unit. Who does that? Wow! The next day, the car was fixed, and Austin listed the next steps I would need to take if the problem resurfaced. In my previous experiences, an honest mechanic always felt like a contradiction; however here, it is a paradoxical truth. I have never felt so much trust for the mechanics who worked on my car. Shout out to Shawn and Elijah as well. Thanks, crew!

The unmatched customer service began with the Sevice Writer Shawn and ended with the Service Writer, Elijah. Both were courteous, polite, patient, and very professional. All work that needed attention to our church van, was completed. It was accurate, and the van's work was completed on the day that was promised. I also, want to recognize the mechanics, and the chief mechanic, Michael that serviced the van. They exceeded our expectations , and as a courtesy, the labor and parts were discounted for the church. Delivered vehicle with manual clutch pedal inoperative. The hydraulic clutch master cylinder and slave cylinder were both replaced, The clutch plate was replaced due to worn gear teeth. The bill was $475 more than available funds on my credit card. Was allowed to make payments on the unpaid balance. A church member gave me a check to the unpaid balance and the following day I was able to pay the balance. These Meineke employees treat me like a trustworthy family member. I would not consider taking my vehicle, when necessary, to any place other than to Meineke. I trust these people explicitly.

I love this place. After a quote from a dealership for new brakes and rotors ‘urgently’ needed I went here and they checked the car over and contradicted the ‘urgency’ and replaced what was needed. The cost was half of the dealership quote and they fitted my car in after initial check up. Also had new tires put on and the prices were a little more than a different place but they offer military discount and when I felt unwell when the car was due to be collected, they kept it for me until the following day. Sean at the customer desk was knowledgeable, kind and caring and informative. I will be back as car requires other needs. Thank you Sean .

Update on June 17, 2026-Five stars to four.. New guy Shawn in office needs help or training or office experience. Willing to wait and see if service improves. They don’t seem to be managing the workflow as effectively as before. Previous experience below. Please bring Matt back and pay him more. Easy to make an appointment, they are not slow (hope they don’t rush staff), they are nice and seem reasonable. Glad they let me know what scheduled service I might need for my older car. Regular maintenance is important. They always quote me before starting and have customers sign off. That’s a plus. Thanks!
