I was just at this shop and had an inspection done the staff / mechanics were fantastic and explained the process very clearly. There process is like no other shop. I had read a recent post about inspections and clearly they don’t understand what the state requirements are. Anyway, I had to have some things done for my vehicle to pass, pricing was completely fair and I even took advantage of the Meineke payment solutions to have the required services done. I had them even diagnose my loss of power. Apparently I needed a tune up and now my car’s performance is back. I also needed brakes, tires and suspension work. I will definitely take my car here from now on! Thank you Meineke on south queen. 🤟5 ⭐️ all the way!

Had service done at south queen street location in York pa and was over charged. bill was $800 for a simple door lock repair and oil change.was then contacted by garage and I was guaranteed a refund for half the bill.spoke to them yesterday to get an eta on refund and now they backing out of the refund.
