Genuinely compassionate staff, very straightforward, honest, and accommodating. This was MY 1st time getting service at Meineke, and after my experience, I will ABSOLUTELY go to that particular Meineke garage for any future car work that I need. I feel very comfortable and confident in these mechanics. Specially, Mike; what a great guy! The staff was also notably fluent (and clearly knowledgeable of course) with respect to communicating technical/ mechanical complexities in a clear, simple way that anyone could understand. In fact, I’ve already been recommending this place to everyone I’ve talked to since 😁 I’m beyond satisfied and pleasantly surprised by how much relief and calm I felt just speaking to Mike before the car work began. (& I needed the peace of mind badly; my car problems were not simple and I knew they wouldn’t be cheap as well (in general). I could go on all day about how flipping happy I am with the service I received at Meineke… I love that authenticity, genuine care, clear & certain Honesty, and customer service still exist in today’s culture. And I found it, via Mike, at Meineke on Camp Horne Rd (adjacent to Ohio River blvd.) I now officially have “MY mechanic” 😁

They have always been open and honest with issues and pricing. I find the service provided greatly outweighs the cost. Ive never left unsatisfied. Always is able to get me in right away and always a quick turn around. Its also nice to get a friendly voice from Lynn or Mike when making an appointment. I will always recommend this shop to friends, neighbors, and family! Ive had the following completed over the years: 5+ tires plugged, all oil changes, all inspections, tires balanced and rotated, new tires put on, and breaks and rotors.
