Golden Rules of customer service. As an older person I remember when good service was patient and personal. You were greeted warmly which is as important as the product itself . Small gestures made interactions smoother and service thoughtful rather than scripted . The absence of “please/ thank you “ were noticeable. Dave Jr , service manager at Meineke 48 th spruce st shows that he is listening to you and engaged. He knows the products and speaks clearly and confidently. He shows focus and professionalism. He is able to resolve issues with out confrontation. As a regular customer I am remembered. This personal recognition has built loyalty . Dave Jr is an asset to this team.
