I got an oil change on Saturday. I booked my appointment at 9 o’clock. Your service was good. Only critique I have is that if there’s gonna be multiple bookings for the same time, there should be multiple mechanics working on the car so that everyone can get done in a reasonable time. I waited over an hour and a half even with an appointment.
Spoke with Dave about replacing my Mazda3’s rear shock absorbers. I received a quote, scheduled a service for later that morning, dropped off my car, and got it back before the end of the day. So far everything is running smoothly. This was the only shop around my neighborhood that easily gave me a quote and no price change, would recommend. Update: a full day after driving on the highway and neighborhood streets and my car is running well.
