I m a first time customer. I took my car to Meineke for an oil change. I am going to be 74 yrs of age next month. At first meeting the front desk staff , I introduced myself,stated my business, and was told, I would receive a call when the car was ready. This was a little distressing to me, because it was cold in Philly at the time,and I was miles from my house with ice and snow on the ground.The waiting room ONLY had 2 seats in it. Both were occupied when I came in. My problem was not with the staff, but with the ownership. They should have the staff,inform customers about this before arriving,so as to have access to other transportation. The staff including the mechanic, seemed to be doing the job they were trained to do, but I hope they weren't afraid,of speaking to the people in charge about,being more hospitable. Now that I know the deal, I will make sure to get transportation back and forth.I appreciate they showed me with photos and video exactly what was wrong with my car. When life gives you a greased pole to climb, monkey around a little 👉🐵
