It’s baffling to see the previous review. I have used minke Paoli and have always had great experience. I have mainly dealt with Joe and he always is very informative and responsive. He also always helps me with making sure I have my car back on time. Since I have been going there, they have not had a receptionist, these men are fixing all the cars doing the paperwork, doing check out and doing the phones. They have always taken great care all the way around, and will continue to use them I would not trust any other place besides family

On top of that, they always fix her up real good and the prices are competitive. These guys are amazing. They went out of their way and offered to bring my car directly to me! They have even been down to my house before to charge a dead battery and another time too!! truly happy with the above and beyond that is their customer service!! Prices are competitive so the experience all around is and has always been fantastic.
