Auto Repair & Mechanic Shop in Paoli, PA #2581

It’s baffling to see the previous review. I have used minke Paoli and have always had great experience. I have mainly dealt with Joe and he always is very informative and responsive. He also always helps me with making sure I have my car back on time. Since I have been going there, they have not had a receptionist, these men are fixing all the cars doing the paperwork, doing check out and doing the phones. They have always taken great care all the way around, and will continue to use them I would not trust any other place besides family

EDIT: consistently taking care of our cars since they moved into the area and Joe goes above and beyond. Every. Single. Time. On top of that, they always fix her up real good and the prices are competitive. These guys are amazing. They went out of their way and offered to bring my car directly to me! This is not the first time they have gone out of their way to help me. They have even been down to my house before to charge a dead battery and another time too!! truly happy with the above and beyond that is their customer service!! Prices are competitive so the experience all around is and has always been fantastic. I dont think I’ve ever said anything like this before…..before switching our auto maintenance to Meineke in Paoli ~Shelly

20260425 - Sienna was back in this time inspection/emissions, brake job with new rotors (that I love), emission issue with check engine light , and my driver side AC need a recharge. Joe, Clarence and the team did another great job getting me back on the road with very timely services. Joe was also looking out for me I recently had an alignment performed at tires plus, Joe noticed the front passenger side tie-rod was loose he tightened and recommended getting back to tires plus for another lifetime alignment check. New brakes, new cooper tires and cooling system all ready for my big trip in a week to South Carolina. Thanks again! 20260323 - Ford fusion back in for a check engine issue. A couple of valves were to blame. The guys while rotating the tires found an issue with a screw in a tire and fixed it. To soften the blow Joe hooked me up with 59 dollars in discounts and a no charge tire rotation! 20260103 - Ford fusion in for an oil change and belt check. Drive belt needed replacing and they also noticed my inspection was 2 months overdue. Joe also hooked me up with 86 dollars in discounts. Love this shop! 20251230 - Car failed with OE alternator (was toast) in my 2010 sienna. I explained what happened to Joe, complete power failure once the new battery completely drained. Took a few days to get the new one installed. Joe & Clarence stayed late until at least 730pm to provide the diagnosis. After the holiday the repair was completed in 1day. Great shop!! 20251113 - Joe and Clarence are great! This time it was just routine oil change and tire rotation. They did a great job. 20250829 - The minivan was having issues with the AC again the driver's side AC was blowing warm air yet again. Joe and Clarence worked to get it all fixed up for me. Brought it in on a Tues and I had it back by 6:30pm Friday like I had requested. The air is blowing cold on both sides again. 20250401 - Another delightful experience with Meineke! Our Ford Fusion was having issues with overheating and the heat was not working in the car. My wife noticed the check engine light on the way home from work. When the temperature sensor for the engine got too high and the car started shaking she decided to pull over and have it towed the rest of the way. Joe and his team at Meineke figured out what was wrong, there was a cracked hose near the cylinder and the fluid was flying out of it. They were able to get it fixed in a few days for a very reasonable price ~$600 dollars. At a dealership I can only imagine how much it would've cost. 20240807 - Minivan was back in for service. Had a horrible noise coming from under the vehicle, turned out to be an old rusty piece of metal that somehow got stuck near the wheel. They were able to remove it and now it’s quiet again. Must’ve just picked up a little road debris. Only cost me about 100 to get something very scary resolved. Also did an oil change and tire rotation. Joe and the guys are the best!! 20240221 - Just visited Meineke again, we had an issue with a tire coming off of the rim b/c the air pressure got too low. Meineke came through again for us with same day service. From the time my wife was driving to work, had the issue and got towed to Meineke, we got the car back before 5pm. Great service. Thanks again Meineke! Previous Review: The job got done and everything is working. The price is very reasonable even for the bigger jobs. The only thing that could be a little better is the communication on progress along the way. Granted the car required several things and spent the weekend. A heads up on what was going on would have really helped. The staff is courteous and informative. Just need a few more follow-ups.

Very pleased with my service here. The attention to details is very much appreciated especially for a woman who may miss some things. Very prompt service and with the cost of everything now these days it’s nice to know it’s still fair price for great service.

Technician is knowledgeable and professional. The service person patiently explain why it is necessary to use synthetic oil (manufacturer recommended) and even found a coupon for me. Do state inspection. They are helpful and work hard to accommodate many customers. They are professional and good. The online appointment is easy to make so the wait time isn't bad. State inspection - fast, good service, short wait time if made appointment. Another year of State Inspection - fast, good service. Easy to make appointments online
