I called Meineke on 6/2/2026 to make an appointment to get a state inspection. I get my oil change at this location when it is due.Store number #2897 this was the worse service I have ever experienced. The person that took my information was very rude, I told him I had a 9 am appointment he said you have a drop off appointment at 9,I told him that was not what I asked for he said he did not talk to me and I let him know that the automated system came on and took my information and I would have to wait,while waiting for a ride home I witnessed the person telling the lady her car didn’t pass the the inspection because of a brake problem but he would ignore it if she said she would get it fixed.Long story short my car didn’t pass and my bill was $ 690 when I asked him why he didn’t say why until I kept pressing for an answer . told him I was not going to pay that and I would take my some where else,when I returned to get my car it was still on the lift I told him I wanted my car. I paid for the failed service and I noticed the mechanic was just talking to another employee I told him I wanted my car he was very rude acting like I was rushing him. I was already pissed because I asked for a break down of $ 690 which he never gave me. I will never do business with this company again. I did not get my car until after 4pm there was only 1car ahead of me. Also noticed that the mechanic was sitting around and not working at all this was before his lunch break, I was picked up around 9:30 and my car was up on the lift
Alverta Ames,Such a great experience, the staff is friendly and beyond helpful. Brian the manager was able to keep me informed of how things were going and very knowledgeable. I also got to meet Brian the service tech who was also great, got my vehicle ready very quickly. The waiting room is nice if you decide to wait for your vehicle. They will let you know what your car needs and don't pressure you on unnecessary things. I will be using them again in the future for sure.
Robert Harrington,I was having trouble with my vehicle for a while and thought it only needed it alignment. Luckily, I took it to Meineke and they diagnosed the problem immediately and has all the work done within a day. Everyone was wonderful to me. Especially being a senior it’s very important to have honest people in your neighborhood. I would highly recommend this company. I’m updating my review because I had a light come on my dash which indicated a problem with my electrical. Brian got me in right away and they diagnosed the issue and gave me an estimate for the part and labor, which was very fair. They ordered the part, called me when it came in and did the necessary work as well as my vehicle inspection. I like the fact that they give you a time to come in and they get the work done. You don’t have to leave your vehicle sitting for days until they get to it and they show you what’s wrong by sending photos to your email. I’ve never had a company that’s done this and one that has treated me as kind and fairly. I especially want to think Brian…He is great and explains things so that I understand them. I have recommended them to many people, and everyone has the same opinion. Again, I would highly recommend them!
Deb Smith,Had to get my whole exhaust replaced to pass inspection Brian and Chuck worked very hard and through doing the job , took me under the bay to show me what issues they were facing , great team they have those guys worked their ass off very honest crew , will be taking my truck back to get a muffler delete and inspection highly recommend them for your auto needs it wasn’t a easy job either but they got it done and made it right
