I am so grateful for Jill and this Menieke! Not only do they provide excellent service but are just good humans helping others. We are from out of town and were traveling through when our car became disabled, on a Saturday afternoon nonetheless, with kids in the car, and a trunk full of stuff. Not only are they open on Saturdays but they did their best to help us out quickly and thoroughly, even when we showed up a little more than an hour before close. When the problem couldn’t be easily rectified in order to get us back on the road they were patient while we figured out getting a rental and welcomed us in like it was their home. I will be forever grateful that my kids and I weren’t stranded outside on a fairly chilly day. What could have been a very stressful situation, was met only with grace. It’s customer service like that which makes us feel like humans again, rather than a transaction. Thank you Jill and the boys in the bay.
Jill and the technicians on staff were incredibly accommodating and provided great customer service, even staying open later than closing hours on a Saturday, when my family and I were towed to their shop after breaking down on a road trip. Can’t recommend them enough.

They're do good work fast and well. But damn it's expensive. If you got the money I'd highly recommend them and make sure to ask how much it's gonna cost you before agreeing to anything.
