I had gotten a flat and I pulled in and talked to John who helped change my tire and when I went to pay he said it was free of charge, he was very helpful and he explained what happened to the car very clearly, 10/10 best service I've ever had, Will be returning.
I’m so glad I discovered this place! ! I had such a great experience at Meineke today. From the moment I walked in, the entire team was welcoming, professional, and had a great sense of humor which made the whole visit feel comfortable instead of stressful. John, who helped me with my service, was especially great. He was friendly, honest, and took the time to explain everything clearly. You can tell the staff genuinely care about helping people and not just rushing customers in and out. While I was there, I also saw them helping several other customers with the same patience and kindness, which says a lot about the way they run their shop. Their pricing was also very fair, which is something that can be hard to find with car repairs. Because of the great service and transparency, I’ll definitely be coming back here for future work. Thank you John and the whole team for such a positive experience!

Effective, thorough, and timely car service. The manager is excellent at what he does and him and the mechanics did terrific work. My wife and I will be using this shop for any future car issues/maintenance. The manager also helped my wife with a quick fix that we wanted handled by a professional just in case.
