Mike Stein was very professional at His position I like how he set me down to explain how my vehicle will be taken care of by showing me on the computer and printouts to my phones, and he made sure that my vehicle was in good hands with his team The service that he provided was very suitable to my needs And I was very pleased of the outcome. This location was very convenient for me so if I ever need service done to my vehicle, I know where to go (Meineke.) I would recommend to anyone to go there at the Jonestown Rd. location.

It was nice that Meineke installs parts you already have. I came in with an AC compressor from the gentleman I bought my used car from. Floating manger Ron informed me that technician Collin could not put the part on due to the bolts not lining up but they corrected the serpentine drive belt that was very loose and looked like the original 2012 Ford Fiesta part. Ron was sympathetic and expressed he was upset he could not provide the service I came in for especially leading into a hot sunny summer week. I’m grateful he had nothing more wrong to report with my car that will prevent it from being drivable. When I came back to pick up my car and Collin was still determining what will be the next best step, get a new compressor, was it just the belt issue, did it just need an AC recharge with freon, Ron was keeping me informed professionally and calmly sitting down in the waiting area (which I needed since I was feeling a bit crampy). Ron informed me that it might be cheaper to buy the part from Auto Zone, Advanced auto or NAPA and come back to get it installed again, if I choose. I like how Ron provided me with many options and it was completely my choice of what I do next and Ron understood that my issue was not in a rush to get done so he was not forcing me to make a decision today. Ron also did say if I came back with the part they will charge me for the labor but not the recharge since that service was provided today but didn’t solve the problem. Also, while I was waiting it was a pleasure to talk with the front desk worker Seven, she was very sweet and relatable. Another positive highlight of my experience was Ron’s reassurance that I shouldn’t have buyers remorse after purchasing this college student budget car. And last positive note was they respected the time I needed my car back by to pick up my brother. I dropped it off at 8 am and said I needed it back by noon, 1 pm the latest. Even with everything not going as planned and getting an elevation of my car from other areas beyond my AC I was out by 12:30 pm.

Took my Ford Explorer to Meineke for an oil change and tire rotation. The technician performed a comprehensive inspection of the vehicle. Service Advisor Michael Gonzalez texted me pictures of items that needed attention and provided thorough explanations, including a recommended time frame, for completion of each job. There was no pressure for me to purchase anything. Michael and his crew were very professional.

They were quick with the work and offered a free estimate before doing anything. If I am being honest I don't totally agree with what they claimed to have found. I replaced my muffler over the weekend and went looking for the leak in the exhaust. Checked the pipe and only found the resonator having a leak along the seam. Typically you would cut out the resonator put in a new one or straight pipe it if cost is high. They states it was the pipe and resonator needing replaced because there was a Crack in the exhaust pipe. Didn't see it Saturday when I had it up on a lift and when running the vehicle and blocking the end of the muffler all the exhaust was forced out through the Crack in the resonator and I ran my hands over the exhaust pipe and found no other leak. But at this point I was tired of garage hopping and being told different things but the work was done quickly. Had I not been busy with work I would have asked them to show me the pipe leak. So just ask them to show you if they are claiming something major.
