Auto Repair & Mechanic Shop in Castle Shannon, PA #765

Sometimes there are Angels on this Earth. I met one yesterday and her name is Crystal Noecker of Meineke car care center in Castle Shannon, PA. Let me explain…….My Father in Law passed away in July after a long illness. He owned a Toyota Tacoma that had not been inspected since March of 2025. The truck failed the emissions inspection in September, 2026. The service department where the truck was purchased provided a price of $3,300 as they stated they would have to replace the entire exhaust system as they did not have the capabilities to replace just the area(s) that may need replacement. One of the service reps directed me to Crystal at Meineke. When you meet Crystal, right off you know she is running an extremely efficient Meineke center. She directs technicians and the scheduling of securing parts and any other issue that comes up like a General directing its troops (and that is not an exaggeration). Crystal got the truck on a lift, had it inspected and provided a price to repair the concerned area at a total of $183.45. Quite a difference from $3,300. My Father in Law “Loved” and cared for his truck and when my Mother in Law initially heard the price to repair was going to be so high, she contemplated selling the truck though it was not a decision she wanted to make but it would have been the smart financial decision. I realize Crystal diagnosed the job and offered the price for repair but what she didn’t know is what the truck meant to our family, under the circumstances. That is why, in my eyes, Crystal was the Angel that was needed at that exact moment. Crystal was kind, helpful, compassionate (knowing of the situation) and truly helped out a family who really did not want to see this truck sold because of what it meant to my Father in Law. The moral of this story - take your vehicle to Crystal at Meineke. Crystal and her staff know exactly how customer service is to work and showed that in every way possible! Many thanks to the entire staff at Meineke in Castle Shannon, PA! 😀

The reviews are true! I called I got an appointment right then. When I drove up to drop off my car and wait in the lobby. I was just going to sit in the lobby till they took my car in. Before I knew it it was already done. I didn't even know they took it back yet! In and out in 20 minutes full synthetic under $75 with tax! Friendly girl at the desk. I think I might have found an auto shop I trust finally!!!

Awesome people work here. Scheduled online (call to confirm if you do just in case). Called me about my damages. Gave me a price over the phone before they did anything. My car sounds brand new and they were very nice to me. But this second time I left my car there for the weekend, and they left my car unlocked...

Originally I took my sons car here to have the car lighter fixed so he could listen to his music on apple car play screen. They were very nice and took care of me. Just recently I took my sons car back here because he blew a tire and AAA broke off the stud putting on the spare tire. Crystal and the mechanics here took great care of his car and fixed the stud an oil change and I got a new tire. Prices are reasonable and everyone was very nice. This is my new go to spot. Give them a try and you wont be disappointed.

I originally chose Meineke at this location from the high rating on Google. I needed a fully synthetic oil change for my 2014 Audi A4. When I arrived I was told that because my car doesn’t have a dip stick they have to keep it hooked up to the scan tool to be sure the new oils is circulating so it will take a little longer ( up to 2 hours). I had seen a coupon online for $59.99 for a full synthetic oil change. I was informed that I couldn’t use the coupon because of the specialized filter the Audi takes and the process. So it would be $140. Which for a full synthetic oil change is such a great price tbh. The car was done within an hour and 15 mins. While waiting I was bullshitting with the lady behind the desk and another customer. The other customer said she always brings her vehicles here and wouldn’t go elsewhere. So the time comes to pay and the service writer gave me a $20 off coupon. A full synthetic oil change for $118 is just amazing. Not only will I continue to come back with the Audi I will be bringing other vehicles there as well and spreading the word. I didn’t want to pay $250 at the Audi dealership but I also didn’t want to take my car to jiffy lube or NTB. I found the perfect place. It felt like a family environment tbh. I can’t speak more highly of this place. It deserves every part of their 4.9 rating on Google. Honestly they deserve a perfect 5.0. But I understand you can’t make everyone happy, Thanks again Meineke on Library Rd. Thanks again to the service writer behind the desk ( I’m so sorry I forgot your name). Honestly I would take your car there for any service they offer as I plan to. I’ll see you in the next 3k miles.
