Jeff, the manager, took me on as a new customer to diagnose what I thought was a very complicated suspension problem. He put his best guy on the diagnosis, checked everything thoroughly, and made a simple diagnosis for a service that Meineke is not set up to provide quite yet. Then he gave me a clear charted and highlighted explanation of the problems sent me out the door without even charging me the very reasonable diagnostic fee we had agreed on beforehand. He and his crew are also in continuous learning training mode which is a big selling point vs the ‘burger flipping’ shops he competes with. All in all a superb experience.
D Bear,I've been a Meineke customer for years as recommend by my father, cause at Meineke - “You won't pay a lot, but you'll get a lot.” Back in Thanksgiving of 2025, I was weeks away until my inspection reaches the three month window. I took my Prius to my local Meineke near Pittsburgh (where I live) for a PRE-State Inspection because my Meineke Credit Card has a rebate which I can get $100 if I spend $600 or more on repairs. My rear shocks and sway bar and my tires need replaced. So after I receive the quote from my local Meineke. I was going to be in NYC for Thanksgiving and the rebate ends that week. As I was taking the train from Harrisburg to NY, I tried to find Meinekes in Harrisburg which can help me get my necessary repairs done while I was in NYC. After the Jonestown and Paxton Road Meinekes have no opening available, the only Meineke left in Harrisburg is the Camp Hill. I called them and they do have an opening available! And guess what? This Meineke is a certified hybrid repair shop! I transferred the problems from my local Meineke to the Camp Hill one. It is enough to qualify for the rebate. So on Thanksgiving Eve, I dropped the car off, took the bus to the train station and off to NY, and they did the repairs. That late afternoon, got a text from Meineke and he told me that the rotors are in horrific shape which I replaced them a year ago at my local Meineke which I have a warranty for that. As I told them, don't repair the rotors. They said to me "They are not replacing it. They are letting me know." After receiving the inspection report after the repair is done, I have leaks and front struts need replaced and the tie rods may need replaced. I told them I'll have my local Meineke take care of that. When I picked up the car on Black Friday, I used my Meineke Credit Card and I think it's gonna be a 6-month 0 APR, he told me 12-month 0 APR (if repairs are over $1,000). That's a big help, I can pay it a little at a time since I have a good credit limit. I also have the Nationwide Warranty which can be redeemed at ANY Meineke nationwide (even my local Meineke) as long as I own the car. Thank you for following my directions, Camp Hill Meineke. As they said on the old Meineke Commercials: "I'm not gonna pay a lot for rear shocks and sway bars!" But I'll get a lot!"

The mechanics sent pictures to confirm problems, they were very timely with notifications, and were very keen on helping with temporary transportation! Would definitely recommend for car troubles or maintenance!
Kelsey Stasko,They run a clean ship and Jeff is nice and seems knowledgeable. I Asked for pressure testing of my coolant system, for a leak I couldn’t find. Anthony found leaks right at front of engine area under pressure. I’m a DIY person wish I had come to see the area and parts before I approved by phone (they described it being further back in engine bay) - $1000 for two thermostat cooling housings bolted to front of engine with no obstacles - seems steep. And the reservoir was only 1/4 full after $180 “fill and purge all coolant” charge. I made them add more (and they only had generic green not my OEM Chrysler orange coolant… if it leaks anywhere else I’ll be back.. jury is out ..

Jeff especially is very kind, personable, and very knowledgeable. He even offered to call my dad to explain everything. He kept me informed and helped me a lot.
