I had an outstanding experience with Troy, the manager at Meineke. From start to finish, his professionalism, communication, and customer service were exceptional. Troy took the time to thoroughly explain the work that needed to be done, answered all of my questions, and kept me informed throughout the entire process both over the phone and in person. He was also able to flex the schedule and get my vehicle in quickly, which I really appreciated. Most importantly, the team was able to diagnose and fix a brake issue that had air trapped in the system, causing my brakes to malfunction and triggering multiple warning lights and alerts. They got everything resolved and the vehicle is back to working properly. It’s hard to find a shop that combines technical expertise with great customer service, but Troy and his team absolutely delivered. Highly recommend this shop and will definitely be returning for future service!
The manager, Troy, and mechanic, Eric, deserve a huge shout out for their hard work and dedication to getting things done right. We brought in our 1986 GMC Sierra Classic for some carburetor work and a few other maintenance items. They took their time going over the truck with a well seasoned eye. They pointed out a few things that will need to be looked at later, but they took detailed care of what we needed done. It's nice to have the truck start and run like she's 20 years old instead of 40. They went above and beyond taking care of her brake fluid flush, radiator flush and carburetor cleaning. When we asked if they could install some running boards we had recently purchased, they didn't hesitate. We will be bringing the truck back to Meineke in the future. Thank you, gentlemen!
I made an online appt and when I arrived they were honest that it was going to be about 11/2 hrs to do the oil change. They let me reschedule the appt for later that afternoon. When I arrived they took me car in and got it serviced in the amount of time they told me. I love that they are honest and transparent with the process. I will definitely be back!!
