Nathan,While passing through the Portland area, headed back to the Oregon Coast, we decided we'd save money if we stopped for an oil change in Tigard Im so grateful we did! Not only did these guys at Meineke take carte of an oil change but they also put my car on a lift and took pictures of everything that could potentially need to be fixed in the future. Turns out, most of my car is solid! The few things that eventually need to be fixed, they explained why, gave estimates and then sent me a link with all the results! The manager was very kind, professional and never pressured us into buying more, than what we came in there for. However, they had person after person, happily picking up their own cars and paying for it. Their prices for auto repair were very reasonable and they don't bullshit you. Ill be coming back here, a 2 hour drive one way, for more car repair in the future! Thanks guys!
Briezzy,Troy was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable. I had taken my mustang to firestone before going to meineke and they had given me some issues. Troy had cleared up a lot of information and stayed in touch with me to keep me informed. He had walked me through each issue with my car and it’s running amazing now! They also helped with getting me a new muffler and i’ll be going back to have it installed. Definitely will be choosing meineke for any other issues with my car! :)

I was told it’s going to take about an hour and a half for an oil change and I asked them to check everything because I am going to drive cross country from Portland to NY. Staff was friendly and welcoming. The lobby area was pretty nice. They had a restroom too. When they were done with my car, they sent me my report through a link on text message and the guy at the front went over the report with me. Thanks guys!!
マリネイディン,I had an outstanding experience with Troy, the manager at Meineke. From start to finish, his professionalism, communication, and customer service were exceptional. Troy took the time to thoroughly explain the work that needed to be done, answered all of my questions, and kept me informed throughout the entire process both over the phone and in person. He was also able to flex the schedule and get my vehicle in quickly, which I really appreciated. Most importantly, the team was able to diagnose and fix a brake issue that had air trapped in the system, causing my brakes to malfunction and triggering multiple warning lights and alerts. They got everything resolved and the vehicle is back to working properly. It’s hard to find a shop that combines technical expertise with great customer service, but Troy and his team absolutely delivered. Highly recommend this shop and will definitely be returning for future service!
