The team at this location are outstanding. I came in for an oil change and routine inspection. Even though I was late for my appointment, they helped me right away. They took the time to explain everything they recommended in a way I (not a “car person”) could understand, answering all of my questions patiently and kindly. They ordered a windshield wiper for me that they didn’t have in stock. It took a little longer to arrive than they anticipated and I wasn’t able to wait. I came back a few hours later and they were outside replacing it before I had time to ask. I was literally there for less than a minute. Overall great experience for the generally mundane task of getting your oil changed! Anyway, I highly recommend Meineke on Lombard for oil changes and other car things!
