Chrystal and the techs were awesome! When I called she was so happy to see what they could do to help. I called because I just had the GMC dealership do an alignment and they completely screwed it up. They were able to squeeze me in and get it fixed. I’ve never had an alignment so far off on the toe, caster, and cambers combined until I left the GMC dealership but these guys got it back to perfect. They had one heck of a mess to fix and didn’t complain about it one bit. They fixed my alignment and still were happy to help out. I will be back!!
Jacob Hazlet,I went to the Yukon on Mustang Rd Meineke to pay for an alignment, even though i have free ones for life at the other big chains in town. Tired of being lied to, overcharged, upsold on stuff i don't need, and suffering the HORRIBLE NONEXISTANT customer service at Hibdon Tires Plus and Discount Tires (Yukon store wouldnt even answer their phone on Tuesday!!!) Meineke would not do the alignment because it wont STAY aligned due to another issue i have to fix first. They are HONEST, UP FRONT, and don't take advantage of people!!!
