I seriously cannot say enough good things about Chrystal at Meineke. From the very beginning, she has been patient, kind, transparent, and incredibly understanding through what has honestly been a really stressful situation for me. I recently bought my Lincoln MKZ and almost immediately found out that it needed some major repairs. And I mean major! Needless to say, I was overwhelmed especially when the estimate started getting into the thousands of dollars. Chrystal has taken the time to explain everything to me, answer all of my questions (and I have had A LOT 😂), go over the repairs and costs, and help us figure out the payment situation without ever making me feel like I was being difficult or annoying. What I appreciate most is that she understands this isn’t “just a car” to me. I absolutely love my MKZ and wanted to make sure it was being taken care of correctly. She has been reassuring while still being straightforward about what it needs, and that has made this entire experience so much easier. Customer service like this is becoming incredibly hard to find. When someone is trusting a shop with thousands of dollars in repairs and something as important as their vehicle, having someone who communicates with you and actually seems to care makes ALL the difference. Austin Linn,Chrystal and the techs were awesome! When I called she was so happy to see what they could do to help. I called because I just had the GMC dealership do an alignment and they completely screwed it up. They were able to squeeze me in and get it fixed. I’ve never had an alignment so far off on the toe, caster, and cambers combined until I left the GMC dealership but these guys got it back to perfect. They had one heck of a mess to fix and didn’t complain about it one bit. They fixed my alignment and still were happy to help out. I will be back!!
Jacob Hazlet,I went to the Yukon on Mustang Rd Meineke to pay for an alignment, even though i have free ones for life at the other big chains in town. Tired of being lied to, overcharged, upsold on stuff i don't need, and suffering the HORRIBLE NONEXISTANT customer service at Hibdon Tires Plus and Discount Tires (Yukon store wouldnt even answer their phone on Tuesday!!!) Meineke would not do the alignment because it wont STAY aligned due to another issue i have to fix first. They are HONEST, UP FRONT, and don't take advantage of people!!!
