Helpful, kind, patient, and they usually have an answer for a plethora of questions. I was supposed to go find my wedding dress that day and my car had other plans, I made a visit to a local auto parts store first and was quickly reminded why I should have never stopped there before going to Meineke, lesson learned. However when I got to Meineke I relayed again to another mechanic what was going on and they were more than happy to take my car for a drive and to work on it to find the issue. The thing that really stood out to me was how personable they were, very easy to talk to, and they don’t talk in crayola even if you are senseless about cars. I thought it was the alternator based on the other diagnosis from the first auto parts store. But when I got to Meineke, they said it just sounded like a battery, and indeed it was. But instead of waiting in a waiting room for a couple of hours, as long as you’re in a specific mile radius, you get a free uber ride to your home or wherever in this mile radius, and they send an uber to pick you back up, worry free. This location will most definitely be seeing my fiancée and I again.
Mariah Rosamond,We have had a great experience with this Meineke location. Although I have not had any “heavy work” done here, it seems like they are well equipped for full spectrum mechanic work. We’ve mostly used them for maintenance but we needed some diagnostics on why my window would not roll up. Instead of just replacing the motor they went through a workup, found it was a wiring issue, and replaced at a very fair cost. They are honest with what the vehicles need in terms of maintenance and always try to find a coupon/discount as well. I believe the store manger’s name is Seth. He and all the front desk team members are very pleasant to work with.

So I decided to give Meineke a try. I heard their commercials on Big Country 99.5. What a great experience! Christina guided me thru how Meineke Care Care handles service and checkup...I got a BG MOA Oil change and McKenzie performed the service. They were thorough, provided a complete list of upcoming service that will be needed, pictures...absolutely impressed!!!

They were very kind and did everything they could to help because I had a long road trip! My mirrors look great! If I need anything else done I’ll be back even if I have to drive out of my way due to how they helped! Most people aren’t kind anymore, but these guys went above and beyond!
