I've grown very frustrated with taking my 2019 Ford F-150 3.5 turbo to a couple of Ford dealerships in the area for service, particularly with them taking 2 or more hours for an oil change. So I decided to give Meineke a try. I heard their commercials on Big Country 99.5. What a great experience! Christina guided me thru how Meineke Care Care handles service and checkup...I got a BG MOA Oil change and McKenzie performed the service. They were thorough, provided a complete list of upcoming service that will be needed, pictures...absolutely impressed!!!

They were very kind and did everything they could to help because I had a long road trip! My mirrors look great! If I need anything else done I’ll be back even if I have to drive out of my way due to how they helped! Most people aren’t kind anymore, but these guys went above and beyond! Kathy,I have taken my car to Mienike locations since I got her two years ago, and this location on 11th street has blown every location out of the park by miles. In November I had my rear shocks replaced by the Broken Arrow location, and they did not finish the job properly. Parts were left off, and my shock busted through the plastic of my trunk and the metal rod was literally bouncing up and down visibly in my trunk. My mom had realized that it had happened a week after getting my shocks replaced, but we have no experience with cars and she had no second thought; so she didn’t say anything to me. I didn’t notice until about March of this year, and with how busy working nights 50+ hours a week is, I have not had the time to have a full day to dedicate to bringing it in until this week. Cristina the manager looked at it, and diagnosed the issue. At first, I was told I would have labor knocked down to half payment, and parts at cost. I expressed my discomfort of paying for something that was not my own doing, and shocks are in a 12 month warranty, so there was no reason I should have had to pay. I expressed the stress of being a young girl in her 20s and the fear of being taken advantage of at a mechanic shop. Cristina truly made me feel, reassured and taken care of. This wasn’t really her issue to fix, it was broken arrow mienike; and she took initiative to get it fixed to make sure I was safe on the road, at no cost. She explained to me that I need to be more aware of my car (which is 100% true), and even how to buy tires in the future and what to look for in a used tire to make sure I’m not being ripped off. I will forever be giving by business to this location, and will recommend to anyone that asks. They even payed for an uber from the shop and back to the shop to get my car. Cristina and her team, thank you for making a stressed out girl feel not so stressed out.
