As a woman, I felt respected and taken care of. They didn't point out a bunch of extra things I need done and didn't try to upsale me. The front office guy Brandon was very informative and explained everything going on with my vehicle. I felt that they went over and beyond, even driving my old battery to a parts store to trade out since I still had a warranty that would cover it. I still had an alternator replaced, still all went smoothly, great mechanic as well. I HIGHLY recommend this shop. Very Satisfied.
Kimberley Barton,I had an appointment set up for Tate boys automotive at 9 am , went in and was basically told making an appointment didnt matter to them , and it would be a 2 hr wait for an oil change ,I told them I could not wait that long hence making the appointment a day before , they did not care and told me I could come back this evening, I said I will just go somewhere else this is at the 605 n Aspen location. As I was leaving I seen meineke across the street (710 n Aspen) and drove over there .I explained to them what had just happened at Tate boys across the street . The gentleman there said we will get you right in without even having an appointment and they added a coupon to my oil change which brought it to a very reasonable price , I can garrentee you that wouldn't have happened at Tate boys, they had my vehicle done in 35 minutes ,service was great and im bringing my other car here next week , this will be where I bring all three vehicles we have here from now on , thank you guys for the great service this morning on Halloween. Great guys here i will recommend them to everyone 👍

Brandi,Customer service inside for checking in my vehicle was friendly and courteous. This was my first visit. I was very disappointed in whomever did the work in the garage. There was grease on side of inside the door and my floor mat was filthy with grease. I didn't raise a fuss but I should have. Isn't it supposed to be paper mats for mechanics to put down before getting in a vehicle? I feel that having to get this cleaned up it should be worth a free couple oil changes.
