Karli,Customer service inside for checking in my vehicle was friendly and courteous. This was my first visit. I was very disappointed in whomever did the work in the garage. There was grease on side of inside the door and my floor mat was filthy with grease. I didn't raise a fuss but I should have. Isn't it supposed to be paper mats for mechanics to put down before getting in a vehicle? I feel that having to get this cleaned up it should be worth a free couple oil changes.
