I have had two cars now that have had major issues in the time that I’ve had them… These guys have been great with both. They seem to have a vast amount of experience in their field, and thankfully don’t talk to me like I’m stupid.. Although, I’m sure sometimes I sound it when explaining, “What’s happened this time is…”. This place is my go to though. Eventually, it’ll be something easy like an oil change… 🤷🏻♀️
As always the technicians did a great job in taking care of the issues my vehicle had. Had to take the vehicle back in 24 hours for the same issue but Madison went above and beyond to make sure I was satisfied and happy with the final cost. Definitely would recommend this location looking for great repair service at a great price
We had a wonderful experience at Meineke in Milford! We had a big job that needed taken care of and we had excellent service throughout. Charlie, the manager, took down our concerns at drop off. Maddison communicated with us and kept us apprised of the progress of the repair. Maddison also handled all of the warranty/insurance for the repair. Our car was fixed, all through a major snowstorm, and returned in a timely manner! I highly recommend using Meineke for your automotive needs!
Charlie was great, took care of an exhaust issue with my daughters Mazda quickly and less than what Mazda would have charged!
