I arrived at my appointment on time (made it online). They took my car back shortly after arriving. Scheduled for an oil change. Had to wait on 2 tail lights to be delivered, but that probably was less than 30 minutes. Price was reasonable considering the times we're living in. Present any coupons on arrival, you can usually get them online when scheduling an appointment or check the website. The manager also offered a certain amount...whichever is the better deal. I didn't have one this particular visit, but he offered something and that's better than nothing. I haven't experienced any great "hustle tactics" at this location either. Anything suggested was because it was needed or I came in with an issue. They've been servicing my cars for over 10 years. The managers may have changed a couple times. But I've only experienced courteous customer service and knowledgeable techs. Ask questions if you need too.
Traci Higgins,I have used meineke in the past because I live in the area when I moved i started using other car repair shops and didn't like them very much so when I found this meineke repair shop on colerain I made an they got me in on time found the the problem and got the job done from front counter to the mechanics job well done I will be back for more service work and would recommend them and the pictures of the broken part is a bonus
kenny t,I originally went for oil change with Groupon voucher. This was my 1st visit with Meineke. I originally thought the wrong oil was used due the way my vehicle was behaving and past history, (they didn't, my bad), Dave, manager was very patient and professional. News was much worse. After shocking diagnostic and pricing, I was surprised. They were willing to do the work right then and there. I made a call to another car service center, (I had a credit account there), the price was significantly, significantly less. I was so stunned and discombobulated with everything, I left my credit cards and debit cards bag behind. As I was speeding back, Dave called to report it. HONESTY!!! Despite not using them for this, I will return, for the professionalism, patience and skill. The price for the oil change was competitive even without Groupon. I know this is a long review but they were worth the time to share the kudos!
P.Olivia McNair,Have my brakes changed, drove for a couple months started having the same problem I was having before took it to the guys of Meineke. They checked it out figured out. It was a faulty part. Everything was under warranty, fixed it back to good no charge guys are very attentive and the very easy to deal with.
