Auto Repair Reviews for Meineke Shop #132
I want to thank the entire staff at Meineke!! Not only were they professional, but also fast and efficient in repairing my Jeep! I had previously had my Jeep towed to another near by repair shop, who kept stalling to get back to me with even a diagnostic quote for over a week 🤦🏾♀️So I called a few other shops left mgs. & Meineke were the 1st to get back to me... long story short! 🙃 I had my Jeep 🚙 towed to Meineke on a Saturday and given a quote by Monday and had full brake line and caliber done along with 4 new tires and new battery & alternator by Thursday! 🫡 Great job guys👨🔧 I appreciate your quick & professional service 😀 👍🏾👍🏾
Sherine Minor,I arrived at my appointment on time (made it online). They took my car back shortly after arriving. Scheduled for an oil change. Had to wait on 2 tail lights to be delivered, but that probably was less than 30 minutes. Price was reasonable considering the times we're living in. Present any coupons on arrival, you can usually get them online when scheduling an appointment or check the website. The manager also offered a certain amount...whichever is the better deal. I didn't have one this particular visit, but he offered something and that's better than nothing. I haven't experienced any great "hustle tactics" at this location either. Anything suggested was because it was needed or I came in with an issue. They've been servicing my cars for over 10 years. The managers may have changed a couple times. But I've only experienced courteous customer service and knowledgeable techs. Ask questions if you need too.
Traci Higgins,I have used meineke in the past because I live in the area when I moved i started using other car repair shops and didn't like them very much so when I found this meineke repair shop on colerain I made an they got me in on time found the the problem and got the job done from front counter to the mechanics job well done I will be back for more service work and would recommend them and the pictures of the broken part is a bonus
kenny t,They did such a wonderful job. Went above and beyond helping me out. Dave used my Groupon after it had expired a few days. They work as a team and are very caring and thoughtful when helping. I would recommend them for all your car needs!!!
Karen Brown,I originally went for oil change with Groupon voucher. This was my 1st visit with Meineke. I originally thought the wrong oil was used due the way my vehicle was behaving and past history, (they didn't, my bad), Dave, manager was very patient and professional. News was much worse. After shocking diagnostic and pricing, I was surprised. They were willing to do the work right then and there. I made a call to another car service center, (I had a credit account there), the price was significantly, significantly less. I was so stunned and discombobulated with everything, I left my credit cards and debit cards bag behind. As I was speeding back, Dave called to report it. HONESTY!!! Despite not using them for this, I will return, for the professionalism, patience and skill. The price for the oil change was competitive even without Groupon. I know this is a long review but they were worth the time to share the kudos!
