I had problem with my 2010 Ford Taurus SEL. Lewis and Steven took care of what could have been a very expensive vehicle repair if I would have gone to a crooked mechanic. Their mechanic found the problem and resolved within minutes. They’ve got a permanent customer in me. Thanks Guys!!!! They also fixed a major brake problem on my 2004 Suzuki Grand Vitara XL-7. They saved my wife’s life with this repair. Had driven the car that day, who knows what would have happened to her. I had a great experience with this Meineke and wanted to recognize the outstanding customer service I received, especially from Lewis in the front office. My repair involved working with CarShield, which can sometimes be a frustrating and lengthy claims process. Lewis stayed on top of everything from start to finish. He communicated with me every step of the way, handled the back-and-forth with CarShield professionally, and made sure the claim kept moving forward despite the delays. He was patient, understanding, responsive, and always professional, which made a stressful situation much easier. Once the claim was finally approved, the team got my vehicle repaired and ready quickly, allowing me to pick it up before my 7-day rental coverage expired. That level of efficiency really made a difference. After several less-than-great experiences with dealerships and other repair shops over the years, this was a refreshing change. Sometimes it’s the people behind the scenes who make all the difference, and Lewis definitely did. The repair was completed well, my Jeep is running great, and I couldn’t be happier with the overall experience. Thank you to Lewis and the entire team for the excellent service. I highly recommend this shop!

The staff here are extraordinary! I came in for a last minute oil change and was lucky to be taken care of right away. I was informed of specific oil changes for leased cars before they began the oil change. In the waiting room, a customer was notified they did not need their oil changed at that time. Where other places may just take the money and continue the job, I appreciate and feel comfortable knowing this is a trustworthy establishment and I will continue to only use them! Thank you to the team for being great!

Updating my past few days of getting another very satisfactory AC service that makes our car civic honda feels winterlike in the car thanks for making it happened by the dependable good service of this car care in Rossville from Lewis the manager and to the expertise of the AC technician named Aaron from last week but today 7/30/25 ill have my Pathfinder help the AC cools better ill do the update later after done ? Updating the series satisfactory service after fixing the AC of my Pathfinder enjoying the cool inspite of the heatwave 90's but very happy for the AC tech named JOE good job guys ! I’ve used many auto care centers on the island, Meineke in Roseville is by far the best. Prompt, polite service, fair prices. The manager, Lou, is an awesome guy who looks to save you money with honest estimates and thorough explaination of needed work. He’s “no-charge’d” me numerous times on the little things, as a customer that’s a nicety you don’t see often and is much appreciated when you just spent money fixing your car . I’ll never go anywhere else.
