A Mechanic I Can Actually TRUST! I had such a great experience at Meineke, and I cannot say enough good things about Mohammed, his team and the service they provided! I went in to have my muffler repaired, get an oil change, and have my brakes checked. I arrived early, and Mohammed took the time to listen to what I needed, provide estimates, and thoroughly inspect my vehicle. He even took pictures of the muffler and brakes so he could SHOW me exactly what was going on, explain what needed to be done, and walk me through how the repairs would be handled. As a woman, this meant EVERYTHING to me. Let’s be honest: walking into an auto repair shop can be intimidating because there is always that fear of being taken advantage of, being told you need a dozen repairs you don’t actually need, or being charged for unnecessary work simply because you don’t know enough about cars to question it. That was NOT my experience here! In fact, after properly inspecting my brakes and rotors, Mohammed came back and told me they did NOT need to be replaced right now. Listen, that was a HALLELUJAH moment! 🙌🏽 He could have easily gone along with the work and charged me more, but instead, he was honest and put my best interests first. That kind of honesty, transparency, and professionalism builds TRUST. I never felt pressured, intimidated, or taken advantage of. I felt respected, informed, and safe. Meineke, you are a gem! Your service gave me every reason to be a regular customer and recommend a business to others. They didn’t just service my car; they gave me a peace of mind. If you’re a woman looking for a mechanic where you can feel comfortable, get honest answers, and understand what you’re paying for, I highly recommend giving this Meineke a visit. We need more businesses that operate this way and more people like Mohammed and his team who understand that honesty goes a long way. Because of this positive experience, after my car was repaired, I went home with the car and brought back my suv that also had a hole in the muffler to be repaired . Great team of qualified mechanics! They helped me identify several issues during the inspection of my 17 year old car and fixed everything within just a couple of days. They did an excellent job replacing the axle rod and bearings. After the repairs, the car drives smoothly and quietly with no unusual noises, which honestly surprised me considering it’s 17 years old! Very happy with the quality of their work and would definitely recommend them.

Made an appointment for a New York state inspection. Came in at the appropriate time and didn't have to wait. The gentleman did the inspection and everything passed with flying colors. He was polite and respectful, and I have no complaint. I have brought other vehicles forinspections, oil changes, and repairs and that's why I have returned and will continue to.

I brought my 2013 Toyota Sienna to Meineke after a dealership quoted me nearly $2,000 for rear brake pads, rotors, and calipers, saying the calipers were seized. Meineke took a look and told me the calipers just needed lubrication — they didn't need replacing at all. That honesty saved me over $1,300 compared to the dealer's quote. It's rare to find a shop that will talk you out of a bigger repair instead of just running with the more expensive diagnosis. I'll be back for future work and would recommend them to anyone who wants a second opinion before paying a dealer's quote.

Just had another GREAT experience here. New owners are very friendly and thorough - explained and showed me an issue I needed help with but didn’t over-sell me with high-pressure up-sells. Clean waiting area, fair price and quick service, concern for the customer… bringing in my wife’s car next.
