I stopped in this week for my annual inspection and had a great experience! Although I was less than pleased to discover my car wasn’t up to state safety standards, the men were thorough and patient in explaining everything that was in need of repair/replacement. I found Meineke’s pricing to be transparent and justified, as they walked me through the components of their assessment and the reasoning behind their recommendations. I also appreciated how flexibility and convenient the scheduling process was!
They were very helpful from start to finish. The tow company they recommended was excellent. Prices were super reasonable as well!
Had a problem with a recurring slow leak in a tire. As usual, Dave and Alex went above and beyond to solve this problem and other minor issues.
