Vinnie took great care of my Infiniti: starter went out, leaking fluids everywhere, it was bad. Just picked up the car, she’s running amazingly thus far. Vinnie And his team gave me updates since I had to tow it and progress along the way. Towed it Monday and I have a working vehicle Wednesday, fixed the starter, valves (cover), spark plugs, oil change, fixed oil leak, checked coolant temp to confirm its maintaining pressure. Happy with their services for 3 years now! Oh and they pressure washed the engine bay too.
I called on the phone to see how much they’d charge me for a leak diagnostic and he said they do it for free while I got my oil changed! They did and he showed me literally underneath my car the issues and gave me an extremely detailed report with the prices broken down. Vincent was amazing he didn’t pressure me into getting the services there and said he would price match. The oil change was done extremely well. I had issues at a Jiffy Lube last time I went so I’ll never go back. I would definitely go back for my oil changes and a diagnostic whenever I need one. Y’all need to give Vincent a raise because I know you don’t pay him enough and he was extremely nice both in person and on the phone !! Oil change was only $48.
