Had a coupon for an oil change for $59. 95. By the time I left the store, I had paid $85 - didn't like that. The price difference was for all these extra fees that they charge include using your debit card. The store I was at wouldn't allow you to pay cash but would charge you 3% to use the debit card and I hate that. I don't know why people pay that fee because it's like being charged to give them your business. Either a store wants your business or they don't. Luckily the manager waived the fee once I told them I was going to complain to corporate about it. But as far as the service went, it took about an hour and they did everything they said they were going to do.The staff was friendly and accommodating.I guess the corporate policies is what I don't appreciate.

I was so happy to finally find a car repair shop that I can trust, I came in with a problem with my battery light on when I went to AutoZone they told me I had a small leak so I went to this auto mechanic who I thought had fixed the issue but I had to return to him and he was ready to charge me again for the same problem I was so angry that I never went back. So this time I searched out asking questions on where I should go when I was recommended to either go to Firestone or Meineke so I chose Meineke because it was closest to my house they fixed the problem. However, this past Sunday the problem return and I went back to Meineke and they told me it was a faulty sensor and they would fix it at no charge so that made me happy.
I went here for an oil change and this guy named Julio was working upfront, he was very nice and told me how long my oil change would take. He informed me of the complimentary coffee which was nice. 10/10
I had excellent service at the station. I wouldn’t hesitate to go back again.
