Tammy Alo,First time there after having my car serviced by the dealership I bought it from for the last 5 years, and my oil change (& complimentary tire rotation) service was done right. The price was a bit higher than other places that I saw online, but considering Meineke is a full-service shop, and not a "jiffy"-type place, it was to be expected. The only issue I had was that the tech who did my oil change did not know how to clear the service reminder on my dash. To be fair, I didn't either, and I'm sure they work on many different types of cars and the procedure is different on all of them, but when I got home it took me literally 30 seconds to find a YouTube video explaining the procedure, and less time to actually do it. All in all, I'm satisfied with my Meineke experience so far, and would recommend them.
