I took my truck to Amcco for the same issue some years ago and they had my truck for 35 day and couldn't fix it. They broke my headrest, cracked my dash lost kick panel and I have a passager air bag light till this day 3 years later and they were not able to figure it out. I dropped my truck off here and figured it will be awhile with the last experience and they texted with an estimate in a few hours and had it done same day so fast I didn't even have time to pick it up. I appreciate their work and experience 🙏 🙌

karen vargas,It was an interesting morning at Meineke. When I arrived, none of the workers were there however, they brought in a very, very good person from the Saint Rose store and he helped me out and get ready. The owner then showed up and she was fantastic along with her partner. They brought a technician from the north store and did a wonderful job with my truck and pointed out what was wrong and it was timely and very friendly. I hope that store gets better with people like them.
Brian Smith,Great experience today at Meineke, I knew I needed new brakes, wasn't sure about rotors. They completed a free brake inspection as well as diagnostic of the rest of my components of my SUV. I have an extended warranty on my vehicle. Alvin the manager has never worked with this extended warranty company, but was willing to make call and see coverage which I knew was top tier. I was able to get new rotors and brake pads at a great price . Alvin was knowledgeable and helped to install new brakes and rotors. Customer Service is very important to consumers especially being a woman, Alvin explained what needed to be done and cost after extended warranty coverage. I was able to also take pictures of before and after old and new brake pads and rotors, I felt good about what was being installed. I am happy that I will feel safe when driving 🚗. I highly recommend this establishment.
