I never do reviews, but in this case I just had to. Took my car to the Meineke at the Warm Springs Rd location with no appointment and was greeted by Alvin who I’m giving a shout out to for being one of the most honest persons I have come across in a long time. I’m an elderly women with no knowledge of cars and he took his time with me to explain all my questions in detail and could have charged me for a service which actually wasn’t necessary on my car. Would definitely recommend this business at this location. 5 stars to Alvin.
I took my car in because I thought it was hesitating and getting poor gas mileage. So they checked it out, as busy as they were, (I didn't have an appointment) and they were kind enough to tell me when I picked it up that there was nothing wrong with it. They checked the gas mileage and it was accurate. They could feel no hesitating in the drive when they tested it. So I appreciate their honesty. No charge. However, the guy that checked me in at the front desk was the absolute best customer service person I've ever met. He had a great personality to work front of the office. He was positive and uplifting. He was just what I needed at that moment. He changed my perspective on life in a moment that I needed that reminder. I will always come back there because of his kindness. I don't recall his name but I was there Tuesday, around 10:00 to 2:00. Plus they have worked on my car in the past and have always done a good job, faster & at a better price than the dealerships.
