Auto Repair Reviews for Meineke Shop #2923
Another car service company said I needed a rear brake job. Took my car to Meineke so they could handle it. Worked w/ the man in front named Dominic. He wrote up the quote & I was satisfied w/ the price. As my car was on the lift, I was asked to look at his findings. To my surprise, Dominic said I don't need a rear brake job. I had 50% material left on both the front & rear brake pads! Well kudos to Dominic for his honesty & integrity. He would rather make me a happy customer as opposed to make a buck. We need more service men just like Dominic. Thank you, Dominic. A new customer maybe for life!
Tiger Yee,Dominic was fantastic! My oil change turned out to be a lot more of an issue which I had suspected. Dominic shared what was actually going on and what he recommended could wait. From beginning to end he was honest and communicative. No surprises and he was honestly the most consistent quality customer service I’ve experienced with car issues in a long time! I’m a Meineke fan and a Dominic fan! Thank you! I wouldn’t go anywhere else!!
Kristy Hirsch,My car began having electrical/battery issues early morning on my way to work. I dropped it off at the Meineke shop close by. After work, around noon time, I went back to the shop and told the guys about the car issues. I then went home and started planning for the next day without my car, but to my surprise they were able to finish the repair and get my car back to me before the day ended. Thanks Meineke!!!
Barrett Magee,Flawless work, lightning-fast turnaround—my Mustang GT is in good hands! If you own a car you actually care about, do yourself a favor and bring it here. Finding a shop that genuinely knows cars and respects your time is rare, but these guys nailed it on every level. The attention to detail was top-tier. No cut corners, no sketchy guesswork, just clean, precision work done right the first time. They gave me a realistic timeline and actually beat it. In a world where auto shops constantly delay, they had my GT back to me faster than expected. Zero sales pitch BS. They kept me in the loop, explained everything clearly, and stuck strictly to the quoted price. The second I fired up the Coyote and pulled off the lot, the difference was night and day. It runs like an absolute dream. If you want fast, honest, high-caliber work on your ride, don't look anywhere else. 10/10 highly recommend!
Mr W,Please give Karen on Tropicana and jones a raise seriously after all I been through with my car repairs I went through these past two weeks she was amazing not only she helped me out she went beyond that to make sure that Carvana, and Silverrock gave me proper care and service, she called number of times even put me on three ways with them to make sure they reimburse me for the money I spent, on the rental car, And maintenance and everything else I had to pay for Carvana was giving me the runaround and enterprise and Silver rock that lady is best I promise very sweet, kind, nice, she definitely deserve a raise or time or something seriously thank you again Karen at Meineke on Tropicana and Jones so much 🙏🏽
