No cut corners, no sketchy guesswork, just clean, precision work done right the first time. They gave me a realistic timeline and actually beat it. In a world where auto shops constantly delay, they had my GT back to me faster than expected. Zero sales pitch BS. They kept me in the loop, explained everything clearly, and stuck strictly to the quoted price. The second I fired up the Coyote and pulled off the lot, the difference was night and day. Mr W,Please give Karen on Tropicana and jones a raise seriously after all I been through with my car repairs I went through these past two weeks she was amazing not only she helped me out she went beyond that to make sure that Carvana, and Silverrock gave me proper care and service, she called number of times even put me on three ways with them to make sure they reimburse me for the money I spent, on the rental car, And maintenance and everything else I had to pay for Carvana was giving me the runaround and enterprise and Silver rock that lady is best I promise very sweet, kind, nice, she definitely deserve a raise or time or something seriously thank you again Karen at Meineke on Tropicana and Jones so much 🙏🏽

Dominick showed great customer service and that he cared about the way I felt about previous negative experiences at this location on St Rose. He helped to make sure all of the important issues were taken care of and my car has been running a lot better now after service.
