I tried to become a first time customer but you failed. I made an online appointment for 2pm for an oil change. I left my keys with the guy at front and was told my car would be ready in an hour. I left to go eat and returned in an hour to find out they never even moved my car from where I parked it. Then instead of owning up to their incompetence, the same guy who checked me started giving me bullshit excuses saying there were other appointments so they were backed up. When he went out to the garage and realized they forgot to work on my car I could see him and partially hear him scolding the mechanics for not doing anything with my car. What a ridiculous waste of time and experience for my first and last time going to Meineke.
Wheel alignment wasn't done properly. Returned to have it redone as car was pulling and steering wheel not centered. It now pulls worse and steering wheel still off. Asked for the computer specs both times and they are not available
