Took my dodge charger in today because it was over heating. Bill took great care of me with no BS and gave me a breakdown of what needed to be fixed and done, optional fixes as well but I deferred. I was out by the late after noon. Great service.
This place is super convenient for me since it’s right next to the gym. Whenever I need an oil change or any other service, I come here. Instead of sitting around waiting, I go work out, and by the time I’m done, my car is usually ready (depending on how busy it is). The staff are friendly and the prices are fair—unlike a lot of other places.
My brother takes his cars to this Meineke and has been happy with their service. My alternator and battery needed replaced so I had my 2003 Honda Accord towed there. They repaired the car in the same afternoon and I was back on the road! The car is running great! Thank you, Meineke!
I had an appointment so they took my car in right away for an oil change. I had looked up for any coupons/discounts on line the night before I took my car in. They advertised a synthetic oil change for 54 bucks and some change. However, when dropping my car off they told me it would be 85 plus tax. I told them about their advertisement online and they responded, well your car takes more synthetic oil than what we advertised for. I told them just do it I will pay the extra. I went back and reread the advertisement and it didn’t mention different prices for different cars. The work was done in a timely manner.
