I had a great experience at the Meineke on Rainbow and Cactus. I really appreciated Mark's honesty and help. My car was evaluated and priced out both fairly and reasonably. My 2016 Accord needed quite a few repairs which I already knew when I took it to get evaluated. The work was started the next morning and finished the same day. Now I finally have a place to take my cars and not worry about up selling and dishonesty. Thanks Mark.
Mark is a rare find in the automotive world. My wife had the engine on her Ford Escape replaced here, and Mark was incredibly helpful, honest, and trustworthy throughout the entire process. Because of that experience, I trusted him with my beloved Mustang GT. Most shops act like they know everything (and that you know nothing), dismiss any non-stock parts as generic "aftermarket," and do poor quality work. Mark is the exact opposite. He is incredibly knowledgeable and knows his limits. When looking at my Ford Performance FR500S differential and adjustable BMR suspension, he honestly recommended they be handled by specialized track/performance shops who deal with those specific configurations every day. Most mechanics will tell you they can handle it and look it up later, or just try to trash-talk your gear while they drive home in a ten-year-old Toyota Corolla. Mark is helpful, straightforward, and completely lacking the typical "know-it-all, pain-in-the-ass mechanic" attitude. If you want someone honest who respects your vehicle, take it to him. He's a great guy.
