I've never in my life see a shop with no cars in there shop.now I got an oil chance and filters replaced. Now here's the difference.the pice was equal to every other shop but they went from one end of my truck on the lift and took pictures of what they seen as a problem or something that will need to be address later.with pictures the show me and took time to explain. Now if like to see the neighbors near there stores to at least take the time to ask them about your auto problems. There not a five minute fix shop how leaves finger oil smudge stops on your vehicle.they take the time to not rush and do the job right

AC compressor failed and quit engaging in the morning. It was only a matter of time after how brutal the summer heat has been. I came here to get it fixed as a walk-in after 1pm. The crew was able to get the AC compressor replaced within a few hours the same day. AC is blowing cold once again to get through the rest of this summer. The vehicle inspection was thorough with plenty of photos to look at. I’ll come here again in the future for more vehicle work. Thanks!

This morning on my way to work my spare tire decided it was done. It was 7:15 in the morning and there was no one around. I carefully drove to Meineke and walked in to see if they could put my other tire back on since they didn't carry tires. I didn't know what to do. Mark was absolutely amazing! He changed my tire so quickly and did a quick visual of my other tires so I could make it to work. Mark was the only person there and he did not have any tools but he was able to safely get me on my way in little to no time. I am so very grateful kind people still exist in this world!

Working with David at Mineke has been a true blessing! I got in connection with them after having a bad experience at a previous shop, and David has been thorough, understanding and honest the entire time. After several diagnostic tests, my car needed all kinds of things looked at from my A/C being warm, to my battery being practically dead, my catalytic converter being completely done for, an oil leak, my alternator shorting out, & an electrical short in my driver seat adjuster. 💀 Mind you this all happened at one time… go figure 💀 But David and the guys at mineke worked wonders, had great customer service, and were completely understanding of our budget and worked with us. With my step dad being a former mechanic, i felt at ease knowing that i was receiving honest quality work, just like i would receive from him. This Mineke just gained two loyal customers and all the referrals we can give out! Thank you guys for saving my mawma mobile! ❤️‍🩹

​Communication: 10/10 Mark at the desk is polite, professional, knowledgeable, and trustworthy. (He noticed I had budget tires and found an exact, equivalent match for my replacement.) ​Service: 10/10 Quick turnaround, excellent communication with pictures included, and a full vehicle health report. I dropped the car off right when they opened and got it back the same day—which I wasn't expecting given the amount of work required. Their parts network is clearly on point. ​Price: 9/10 Very fair prices for this level of service. People who aren't familiar with the cost of professional automotive work might think otherwise, but I thought it was completely reasonable. My repair wasn't exactly cheap, but that's because I needed several things done, including a major suspension component that would have put my safety at risk if not fixed properly. ​Overall: As someone who has worked in the automotive industry, I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this shop to anyone looking for quality, professional work.
